...I feel the naivity of attempts in grasping of the future... one must take a risk as the future is very unknown, the sure thing is that it will differ from the plan... the plan...
we are far from self explanatory stage when things make sense and feel familiar...
 yet


.. there is light at the nerd of the tunnel ... we can 

• learn the joomla ways by practicing /using videos+books,fora,google/  so that the new components and the whole concept feel friendlier 
• develop the concert site / the DESIGN paradigm is MINIMALISTIC and b/w.
• assess or find a help to assess the DILEMMA of e-comerce potential: would on-line selling option add enough value (increase the concerts visitability) as to justify the costs???- as it (4% or more cost) is a drawback, is it that deadly?
• search around for inspiration...are not there examples of success, gurus who will tell the e-commerce pays or not... would a detailed business plan help  ...how to learn best?

We down/up FTP loaded these components:
JCE Administration, ................never used, it probably helps with backend management of a huge site
JEvents...................................how one changes the displayed order of events, where is the option of adding the event, toggle the listing from the FRONTEND?
JoomFish,................................how exactly /what is a standard lang file/ this works?
Xmap, .....................................works well does a sitemap and its links...somehow..
PhocaGallery ....................ok
AkeebaBackup...................something that is supposedly needed when all is set on a web server

we may add K2 and VirtueMart ...the former was recommended as a useful yoke, adding the edge of little luxurious behaviours to designed components...yet it feels complicated.
the latter E-commerce one, will be usefull in general playing=familiarization with joomla.as it is well documented component
